Shipping
We are currently shipping to the UK and EU only.
Delivery is free for all purchases within the UK. We are using Royal Mail First Class service.
For delivery within the EU, we are using Royal Mail International service and the flat rate is £10. Delivery is free for all purchases above £100.
If you need it sooner than that, please contact us directly for expedited options. We use a combination of DHL, DPD and Royal Mail due to their reliability and great service. We will strive to use the best possible option for each purchase, based on customers' individual requirements / requests.
Shipping FAQ's
When do you ship my order?
All orders placed Monday to Friday, before 12pm, will be shipped within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. We will review all orders individually for consumer protection. For special instances, processing time can take up to 72 hours.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Always contact us in the first instance, stating your order number. We generally work on your order as soon as we receive it. Hence, it is unlikely that you can cancel or change your order upon confirming your order online.
Any gift wrapping service?
In order to keep overall costs affordable for everyone, we do not provide gift wrapping. However, if you want to include a special message / special request, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
What if I don't receive my parcel?
All parcels sent through our website are insured and will be compensated accordingly by the postal company. Contact us as soon as you can if this happens.
