Type of Returns Accepted: Exchange / Manufacturing Defect

Validity of Exchange Policy: 14 Calendar Days upon receive of parcel

Eligibility of Exchange:

• Exchange due to sizing is not allowed. Please refer to sizing chart before any purchase.
• All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be unworn and unwashed before they can be accepted for a replacement / exchange.
• Please email return@artwerkout.com and include your order number in the subject line. Upon receiving the RETURN FORM, please fill up the form and enclose it within your return parcel for all types of return within 14 calendar days after receiving the parcel.
• Request of return / exchange after the validity period is strictly not allowed. Any return parcel received after the 14 calendar days validity period will be returned to the sender's address after the return postage is paid by sender.
• We do not change products if:
• Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
• Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose
• Special Deals or Sale items are non-returnable

Return or Exchange Process:

• Please ensure that you have read the eligibility criteria before you proceed with returning items purchased.
• We guarantee to replace any item with factory defect with the same size, colour & design.
• Shipping and return shipping is non-refundable. If you choose an exchange or store credit, your replacement item is shipped to you at no additional cost (within the UK only)
• In the event of the exchange piece being out of stock during the process, please note that no refund is possible at this stage. We will provide you with store credit instead. You will be further advised on the process via email.
